GROUP HISTORY
Shafi Texcel is a proud member of the Shafi Group of Industries, which is one of the largest and most recognized business groups in Pakistan.
The Shafi Group of Industries was founded in 1940 by (late) Mian Muhammad Shafi with the establishment of Mohammad Shafi Tanneries – one of the first and finest producers of specialty leather. What began as a trading house in hides and skins over seven decades ago has grown from strength and is today acknowledged as the premier house in textiles, leather, cereal derivatives, dairy farming, processed meat, shoes, and wind energy.
